According to Benita Che, a new student, she is excited about the academic year despite missing home, especially watching television.

“The environment here is very clean and conducive to learning,” she said. “But back home, I’m going to miss watching TV.”

Eloisa Foumane, an Upper Sixth Science student, shared similar sentiments. “I miss my friends because we were already like a family,” she said. “I also miss my teachers. I missed studying, given it’s what brought me here.”

Looking forward to achieving good grades and excellent results in the 2025 GCE examinations, Eloisa praised HCIC’s unique approach.

“This school is just different, and that makes it special,” she said. “Although some of us may not understand it at first, especially younger students, but you’ll eventually realize when you move forward.”
